Kristi R. Husman

Kristi Husman, age 46, of Huron, formerly of Madison, died Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at Huron Regional Medical Center.  Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at the United Methodist Church in Madison. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Tuesday. Burial will be at a later date at Graceland Cemetery in Madison.

Kristi Renee Husman was born October 18, 1971, in Madison, to Dennis and Cheryl (Olson) Husman. She was baptized at the United Methodist Church in Madison. Kristi attended special education classes at Madison schools. She then attended Black Hills special services before moving to Huron where she lived at Center of Independence and held various jobs. Kristi loved to do puzzles, take walks, go outside, play cards, and especially enjoyed drinking pop.

She is survived by her parents, Dennis and Cheryl of Madison; one brother Brad (Jacki) Husman of Sioux Falls; one sister Elizabeth (Brent) Koens of Faulkton; four nieces, Megan, Molly, Mady Koens and Zoie Husman; two nephews Zach Husman and Marshall Koens; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceding her in death are her grandparents and one niece Abby Husman.
